Wow. I've done a pretty bad job at updating this :P It's been kind of a hectic semester with classes, church stuff, and my family living with us.
Don't get me wrong- those are all good things we've been busy with, but this blog has been pushed on the back burner. I want to update it more though. I have more pics I want to share too :)
Anyway, Matt and I just got back from his family's place in Connecticut, where we went for Spring Break. We flew there, and it was quite the experience getting there. Our connecting flight was delayed due to traffic and winds, then our flight to CT was delayed, and then cancelled due to lack of crew. So we spent the night at O'Hare Airport (it was freezing cold- they must turn the heat off at night or something). Fun stuff. They gave us a coupon for a discounted price on a hotel room, but it wasn't worth it. We left the next morning. Finally got there in, and our luggage was lost, but they finally found it and we got it. We did not really do much in Connecticut- which was amazing :) We just kinda hung out with his parents and brother at their home (which is where we spent our first year of marriage- in the little upstairs apartment) It was wonderful and relaxing, and now it's back to real life.
Time for registering for fall semester classes is near. I can't believe I'll be a junior- that's halfway to graduation! Woohoo!
Okay, time to get ready for school tomorrow. I'm so thankful to God for what I have- I really do have it good- a wonderful husband, a great home that we own that we can even bring my family into temporarily, 2 dogs that make me laugh, the privilege of attending college and learning to do what I have a passion and desire for, an amazing church where my husband is able to work at, and the list goes on. Thank you Lord.

Welcome back:) Glad you had a good, relaxing trip to CT (once you arrived!)
Good to hear from you again. It's nice to know that someone else struggles with updating the blog too. Have a great Passion Week and Easter.
